Spare Parts Service Employee (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Commercial processing of spare parts orders
• Creation of offers, order confirmations, and invoices
• Creation and coordination of shipping instructions
• Monitoring and tracking of ongoing orders
• Archiving and documentation of order documents
• Telephone and written communication with customers and internal departments
• Support in the coordination of service and delivery processes

Your qualifications:

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training
• Ideally experience in an industrial company or as an Industriekaufmann/-frau
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Confident handling of common PC applications
• Organizational skills and a structured way of working
• Flexibility, commitment, and teamwork skills
• Strong communication skills when dealing with customers and internal contacts
