Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• You answer customer inquiries and complaints via email, mail, and telephone
• Correspondence with external partners
• Active support of internal stakeholders regarding the service process
• You form the interface to upstream and downstream specialist departments
• Independent creation of customer invoices including reportings
• Processing of returns and credit notes

Your qualifications:

• You have completed commercial training and ideally have been able to gain initial professional experience
• Proficient handling of software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office or SAP)
• Intercultural competence and good English skills in speaking and writing
• Strong communication skills and service orientation
• Confident and binding demeanor
