Import Clerk (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• As an Import Clerk, you are responsible for the proper creation of customs declarations and import documents
• You check delivery documents, invoices, and certificates of origin for correctness and completeness
• You are in close exchange with freight forwarders and ensure smooth import processing
• As an Import Clerk, you monitor international regulations and ensure that all import processes comply with the law
• You document processes and support your team in process optimization

Your qualifications:

• You have completed commercial training related to foreign trade or freight forwarding
• As an Import Clerk, you bring sound knowledge of customs and foreign trade law
• You have already gained practical experience in import processing
• As an Import Clerk, you convince through analytical thinking and a precise way of working
• You possess good English skills and a confident handling of common ERP and MS-Office applications
