Import Specialist (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• As an Import Specialist, you create customs declarations and import documents in accordance with legal regulations
• You check delivery documents, invoices, and certificates of origin for accuracy and completeness
• As an Import Specialist, you are in close exchange with freight forwarders and ensure smooth import processing
• You monitor international regulations and ensure that all processes comply with the law
• As an Import Specialist, you document processes and support your team in process optimizations

Your qualifications:

• You have completed commercial training related to foreign trade or freight forwarding
• As an Import Specialist, you bring sound knowledge of customs and foreign trade law
• You have already gained practical experience in import processing
• As an Import Specialist, you convince through analytical thinking and a precise way of working
• You possess good English skills and confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office
