Import Coordinator (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• As an Import Coordinator, you create customs declarations and import documents in accordance with legal regulations
• You check delivery documents, invoices, and certificates of origin for correctness and completeness
• As an Import Coordinator, you are in close exchange with freight forwarders and ensure smooth import processing
• You monitor international regulations and ensure that all processes run in compliance with the law
• Furthermore, you document processes and support your team in process optimizations

Your qualifications:

• Completed commercial training with a connection to foreign trade or freight forwarding
• Sound knowledge of customs and foreign trade law
• As an Import Coordinator, you bring practical experience in import processing
• You convince through analytical thinking and a precise way of working
• Good English skills as well as confident handling of ERP-Systemen and MS Office
