HR Generalist (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Advising managers and employees on all personnel matters
• Processing personnel and labor law inquiries
• Preparatory payroll accounting
• Managing the onboarding and offboarding processes
• Processing time management
• Collaboration in administrative HR work and participation in projects

Your qualifications:

• You have a corresponding completed degree or a completed commercial vocational training
• You possess a team-oriented and communicative personality
• You have several years of professional experience in the HR area
• A structured and independent way of working characterizes you
• You have very good written and spoken English skills as well as proficient MS Office skills; SAP-HR is an advantage
