Event Manager Corporate Events (m/f/d) 20/h Part-time
Your tasks:
- Conception, planning, and implementation of events, conferences, and incentives
- Content-related and creative design of the entire event course
- Development and production of event printed matter according to Corporate Design (e.g., banners, roll-ups, invitation cards, program booklets, menus)
- Control of production as well as quality assurance of all event materials
- Consulting, research, and organization of moderators and speakers
- Conception and further development of the digital event app
- Leading planning meetings as well as coordination of interfaces
Your qualifications:
- Completed studies in the field of Eventmanagement, Communication, Marketing, or a comparable training
- Several years of professional experience in the conception, planning, and execution of Corporate Events
- Experience in project work as well as confident presentation and communication skills
- Sound knowledge in the design of printed materials for events and trade fairs
- Good English skills in speaking and writing
- Flexible part-time arrangement with 20 hours per week
- Possibility to work up to 50% remote
