Your tasks:

• You advise our employees and managers on all personnel matters
• Leadership, development, and compensation
• You support the development and implementation of restructuring processes
• You form the interface to all central departments
• You support the processing of HR processes
• You lead and work on HR and cross-functional projects

Your qualifications:

• A completed commercial vocational training or a completed degree in law, economics, or social sciences
• Several years of experience in a comparable function
• Business fluent English skills
