About the company

Do you have a structured way of working, negotiation skills, and want to actively participate in the further development of procurement processes? Then this position offers you the ideal opportunity to take on responsibility in operational purchasing and to develop yourself in the long term.

Your tasks

• Operational purchasing of raw materials as well as ensuring timely material supply
• Conducting price negotiations as well as supporting contract management
• Building, maintaining, and evaluating supplier relationships including complaint management
• Maintenance of order, material, and supplier master data in the ERP system
• Identification of new procurement sources as well as continuous optimization of procurement processes

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in purchasing, operational purchasing, or procurement is an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office as well as affinity for ERP systems
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Structured, goal-oriented, and responsible way of working
