Tasks

• Processing customer service inquiries via email and telephone
• Identification of malfunctions within the area of responsibility
• Support for new and existing customers
• Creating offers and recording orders
• Supporting field service employees

Profile

• You have completed commercial training
• You have already been able to gain initial experience in the area described above
• Technical understanding and a communicative nature
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing
• Confident handling of MS-Office programs and SAP
