Sous Chef

WE’RE HIRING — SOUS CHEF 🍝 DirtyPasta is growing and we’re looking for a Sous Chef to join the crew! We’re looking for someone who can cook, prep, move fast and keep their shit together during service . You’ll be working closely with our Head Chef and helping us maintain the same DirtyPasta quality as we grow. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Daily mise en place & prep Cooking and assembling pasta, sandos & sides Running your station during service Maintaining consistency, portioning & food quality Stock rotation & basic inventory Keeping the kitchen clean and organised Assisting the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR Minimum 1–2 years kitchen experience Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen Good knife skills & basic cooking fundamentals Clean, organised and responsible Able to follow recipes and SOPs consistently Most importantly: actually gives a shit about the food 📍 Location: TBC 🕐 Full-Time Think you’d fit into our kitchen?
