Chef de Partie

WE’RE HIRING — CHEF DE PARTIE 🍝 DirtyPasta is growing and we’re looking for a  Chef de Partie  to join the crew. We’re looking for someone who loves being in the kitchen, is eager to learn and takes pride in making good food. You'll be working closely with our Head Chef, learning the DirtyPasta way and growing your skills with us as the brand grows. Experience is great, but with a good attitude, passion and willingness to learn matter even more. WHAT YOU’LL DO Daily mise en place & food prep Cook and assemble pasta, sandos & sides Handle your station during service Follow recipes, portions & kitchen SOPs Maintain food quality and consistency Stock rotation & basic inventory Keep the kitchen clean and organised Work closely with our Head Chef WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR At least  1–2 years kitchen experience Good basic cooking & knife skills Fast and calm during busy service Clean, organised & responsible Willing to learn and take feedback Team player with no ego Someone who genuinely cares about the food they put out 📍  Location: TBC 🕐  Full-time Think you'd fit into our kitchen?
