Senior Controller (gn) (Head of Controlling)

Your Profile

• Completed degree in business administration
• At least 5 years of professional and project experience in Controlling, especially experience in the establishment and handling of financial planning and budgeting, reporting and analyses, as well as cost and performance accounting
• Very good knowledge of MS-Office programs and various database environments
• Independent and structured way of working
• Confident appearance as well as strong and convincing communication skills
• Good English skills
• Strong numerical understanding as well as strategic/entrepreneurial thinking

Your Tasks

• Preparation of regular financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual reports)
• Development and reporting of KPIs and forecasts
• Performance of variance analyses and creation of recommendations for action, including advising the specialist departments
• Presentation of analysis results to the management
• Management of the budget process
• Calculation of direct costs, overhead costs, and hourly rates
• Optimization of cost structures
• Implementation and further development of Controlling instruments including the associated IT systems
