What you will achieve with us

  • Candidate Journey: From the first contact to the interview, you will attentively accompany our applicants through the selection process, coordinate appointments proactively, and ensure a professional impression with reliable information and a high service orientation
  • Independent Coordination: In day-to-day business, you will keep an eye on appointments, pending feedback, data in the applicant management system, and room bookings, recognize connections, and independently ensure that the right topics progress at the right time
  • Reliable Contact Person: Even when things become short-term or demanding, you will be the central point of contact, grasping the request, coordinating the next steps, and, if necessary, coordinating confidently with managers
  • Recruiting & Job Advertisements: With a keen eye for quality, you will check new job advertisements on our career page, launch them on the appropriate publication channels, and answer inquiries via our recruiting inbox in a friendly and binding manner
  • Presentations & Reporting: You will prepare information and more complex connections clearly and in a target-group-oriented manner in PowerPoint and create meaningful reports and statistics for the Talent Acquisition area
  • Trade Fair Organization: You will take over the organizational coordination for our trade fair appearances, maintain the trade fair calendar, and reliably support the team in preparation, implementation, and follow-up
  • Successful Start: When new colleagues start in our team, you will coordinate the internal onboarding and keep an eye on training plans
  • Team & Management: Together with your colleague, you will be a central contact point for the entire team and management, support projects, events, and team days, and help design internal events as well as small tokens of appreciation

Requirements

  • Commercial Foundation: A completed commercial vocational training forms the basis for your responsible and versatile task in our Talent Acquisition team
  • Sound Assistant Experience: You have already gained experience in the assistant field; initial insights into Human Resources or experience with an applicant management system will complement your profile
  • Strong Service Mentality: Whether applicants, colleagues, or managers, you take concerns seriously, think in a solution-oriented manner, and ensure that your contact persons feel well taken care of through reliability, friendliness, and a professional appearance
  • Confident Communication: Even with more demanding or short-term requests, you grasp situations quickly, find the right contact persons, and communicate confidently and in a target-group-oriented manner on different levels, including in English
  • Overview & Sense of Responsibility: Multiple parallel topics do not unsettle you, because you recognize connections, set priorities independently, and reliably pay attention to the crucial details in appointments, data, and texts
  • Initiative: You do not wait for every next step to be prescribed to you, but rather think ahead, coordinate closely with the team, and independently get topics moving
