Product Owner (m/f/d) ERP Apotheke

Internationalization is more than just a strategic goal for us. Together with our product teams, we are developing a standardized, scalable system blueprint for existing and new markets, combining product, process, and project management. Our product management shapes the further development of international solutions, prioritizes requirements, and creates transparency regarding goals and benefits. Our process managers optimize international end-to-end processes and, together with specialist departments and IT, develop clear target images for the implementation of our blueprint strategy. Furthermore, they are responsible for the introduction and further development of standardized systems in international markets and manage rollout, migration, and transformation projects.
What you will achieve with us
- Definition and prioritization of product requirements for the specialist departments in the Apotheke area based on business goals and the strategic direction of the company
- Advising stakeholders on strategic and operational questions in the area of Dynamics 365 Business Central with a focus on pharma and apothecary processes
- Close cooperation with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into well-thought-out and implementable product development tasks (User Stories)
- Responsibility for the development and updating of the product roadmap as well as the planning of the functional and technical development steps of the ERP system in the Apotheke environment
- Close coordination with the development team to ensure that product requirements and priorities are understood and effectively implemented
- Continuous improvement of the system by identifying optimization potential, monitoring trends, and evaluating new technologies and solutions in the apothecary and pharma sector
- Conducting regular status meetings, reporting to management, and presenting product updates
What you bring to the table
- Professional experience as an ERP-Consultant or Product Owner or in a comparable position
- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly Navision) as well as good knowledge of related ERP modules and functionalities
- Knowledge of business processes in the pharma or apothecary environment
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex requirements and translate them into effective solutions
- Experience with agile development methods such as Scrum or Kanban
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Very good English skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally
