Store Manager Direkt Optik

You set clear goals, create the conditions to succeed in reaching them, support the implementation, and are diligent with follow-up. You are a good administrator and have a sense of order and structure.

As Store Manager at Direkt Optik, you have direct responsibility for the store's sales, operations, and results. You are a role model by working in the daily operations together with your team. You see all of Mora as your marketplace and plan and execute local activities by being visible both in and outside the store. We are looking for you with at least 3 years of experience in store operations with personnel responsibility. If you have led employees through change management and have experience in the industry, it is a plus. We see the customer as our most important client, and therefore you drive the store and achieve good results with the customer in focus.

Good knowledge of English as well as good computer skills are a must so that you can communicate with our support department in Holland. Direkt Optik is a nationwide chain with today 40 stores around the country and has existed on the Swedish market for 25 years. We are part of a Dutch optics group with nearly 500 stores in several countries. The head office is located in Holland, but the Swedish support office is located in Kristianstad. Direkt Optik is growing and will be in an extremely expansive phase in the coming years.

In our store in Mora, you will work closely with the customer in a smaller team.
