Trade Operations Analyst (Oil)

Responsibilities Support cargo nominations, scheduling, and shipping documentation. Verify and process operational costs, including tankage, inspections, taxes, and related expenses in SAP. Monitor cost reporting through Power BI and identify process improvement and automation opportunities. Provide operational analysis, SAP testing, compliance support, and document management. Coordinate with traders, schedulers, terminals, inspectors, agents, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth cargo execution. Provide scheduling coverage during peak periods and develop a strong understanding of end-to-end trade operations. Requirements Degree in Maritime, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline. Strong analytical, numerical, and attention-to-detail skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP, Power BI, or Python is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced trading environment. Previous experience in shipping, logistics, commodity trading operations, or scheduling is preferred.
