Sales Officer (Spare Parts)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Officer to support spare parts sales for marine and marine. The successful candidate will handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate orders and provide sales support to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries for marine engine spare parts, components and related products.
• Prepare quotations, process sales orders and follow up with customers to secure orders.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal departments to confirm product availability, pricing and delivery timelines.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Follow up on outstanding quotations and proactively update customers on order status.
• Coordinate with the procurement, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfilment of orders.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer information and order documentation.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in sales coordination, sales support or spare parts sales is preferred.
• Experience in the Marine & Offshore industry would be an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable handling quotations and sales documentation.
• Proactive, organised and able to work effectively in a team environment.
