We are seeking a Human Resource & Administration Executive to support day-to-day HR operations across the full employee lifecycle. The successful candidate will manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records, HR administration, training coordination and offboarding activities. The role will also support payroll, employee benefits, performance management, engagement initiatives, regulatory compliance and audit requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job advertising, sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer administration.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and recruitment timelines.

Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, probation reviews, employment changes and offboarding.

Prepare employment-related correspondence, including appointment, confirmation, promotion, transfer and salary-adjustment letters.

Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files and HR information within the HR Management System.

Manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and related regulatory requirements.

Support the preparation and verification of monthly payroll.

Maintain payroll information covering salaries, allowances, overtime, benefits and other relevant inputs.

Assist with statutory submissions, including CPF, IR8A, IR21, government-paid leave and National Service claims.

Administer employee insurance, medical benefits and related claims.

Support annual salary reviews, variable bonus exercises and other compensation activities.

Coordinate probation, mid-year and annual performance-review exercises.

Coordinate employee training, registrations, attendance records and post-training evaluations.

Administer applicable training grants and funding applications.

Support employee engagement, recognition, wellness and organisational culture initiatives.

Ensure HR activities comply with company policies and Singapore employment regulations.

Maintain documentation for internal, external and ISO audits.

Support HR-related requirements under ISO 9001 and ISO 45001.

Assist with HRMS improvements, HR digitalisation and process-enhancement initiatives.

Provide general HR and employee administration support as required.

Requirements Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.

3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within a generalist environment.

Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee lifecycle management and HR operations.

Good knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and statutory requirements.

Basic understanding of payroll administration and statutory submissions.

Exposure to employee benefits, HRMS, training, performance management or employee engagement would be advantageous.

Familiarity with HR management systems; experience with Prosoft HRMS would be beneficial.

Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining accuracy.

Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Candidates with broader full-spectrum HR experience may be considered for a Senior Executive position.
