Job Description & Requirements Responsibilities: Prepare ship position updates Ensure the ship voyage is performed efficiently and that costs are kept to a minimum Coordinate the day-to-day operational activities and liaise with external parties to ensure efficient commercial operations Update clients on ship activities, personnel, and fleet changes Requirements: Min 2 years experience coordinating operations in a logistics/shipping environment Effective communication skill Experience with ship operations will be an added advantage Positive attitude and as a team player Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with others in a fast paced working environment Willing to handle department shift phone and work on weekends as necessary
