Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Operations Crew Member with a Class 3 or 4 driving license to join our dedicated team. This role plays a crucial part in supporting bereaved families and ensuring smooth, dignified funeral operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Offer comfort and assistance to bereaved families

Collect and transport the deceased with professionalism and care

Support family members throughout rites, rituals (all religions), and funeral processions

Present eulogies (all religions) to family members on the funeral day

Assist with ash collection and other related duties

Transport flowers, backdrops, and logistics for wake setup

Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of company vehicles, equipment, and facilities

Uphold service excellence and quality control standards

Project a positive and professional image at all times

Resolve operational challenges effectively

Perform other operational duties as assigned

Requirements:

Possess a valid Class 3 and/or 4 Driving License as driving of hearse is required

Due to job nature, working during wee hours, weekends & public holidays are required

Basic computer literacy

Capable of safely lifting, carrying, and handling coffins weighing from 80 kg.

Conversant in Mandarin effectively as required during Chinese funeral rituals
