Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to local shipping laws, regulations, and safety standards Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Supply Chain Management (SCM) software, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Analytical Abilities: Skill in tracking performance metrics, analyzing delivery data, and fixing supply chain bottlenecks. Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience: Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or logistics, plus 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in warehousing or transportation.
