Recruitment Staff

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offering, and onboarding
• Partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Build, develop, and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HR, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment (preffered in construction, mining, or headhunting industry).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven experience in handling full-cycle or end-to-end recruitment processes.
• English proficiency is a must (both written and spoken).
