Senior Design Manager( Structural/ME/Archi)

Your tasks

Lead and manage the design development and coordination of Structural, Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), and Architectural works to ensure compliance with project specifications and timely delivery for building or infrastructure projects.

• Lead and manage design development and coordination for Structural, M&E, and Architectural works to meet project specifications and design standards
• Manage structural design schedules to ensure timely delivery aligned with tender and project milestones
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to integrate design with site execution seamlessly
• Oversee BIM coordination, conduct model reviews, and perform clash detection to ensure design accuracy and reduce construction conflicts
• Lead and supervise the design team by providing technical guidance, chairing design coordination meetings, and reporting progress, risks, and issues to senior management
• Coordinate structural design with architectural, façade, MEP, and other disciplines to deliver safe, practical, and buildable structural solutions

Requirements

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in construction design management and coordination
• Experience managing Structural, M&E, and Architectural design coordination for building or infrastructure projects
• Proficiency in BIM processes and software including Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks for design coordination and clash detection
• Strong understanding of structural design principles, construction methodologies, and buildability requirements
• Proven ability to manage design consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet tight project deadlines
