Job Summary Lead and coordinate site works to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met while maintaining safety compliance and resolving worksite issues efficiently. Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and coordinate site works to ensure smooth project execution Collaborate closely with the project manager to meet contracted work requirements and targeted deadlines Identify and resolve worksite issues promptly to maintain progress and minimize delays Enforce adherence to all safety regulations among workers and contractors on site Required competencies and certifications experience in construction or roofing industry Possess BCSS certification Hold a certificate in lifting supervision Preferred competencies and qualifications Communicate effectively in English and Chinese to liaise with customers and main contractors
