About the Role We are looking for a Logistics & Warehouse Supervisor who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven to oversee end-to-end warehouse and distribution operations with temperature-controlled systems across Indonesia. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the freshness, quality, and availability of raw materials to support smooth business operations. You will also be responsible for ensuring the consistent implementation of Cold Chain Management (CCM), optimizing distribution efficiency, and leading the warehouse operations team.
Scope of Work
- Manage daily warehouse operations to ensure inventory accuracy, raw material availability (fresh, dry, and seasoning ingredients), and efficient warehouse workflows.
- Manage inventory control activities, including stock reconciliation, cycle counts, daily, monthly, and annual stock counts, implementation of FIFO/FEFO, and inventory replenishment planning.
- Coordinate with Operations, Purchasing, and Logistics teams to ensure a smooth supply of raw materials and uninterrupted operations.
- Ensure compliance with EHS/OHS, 5S, food safety standards (HACCP, Halal, and ISO), and company policies, while building a safe, clean, and hygienic working culture.
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members to achieve operational targets and established KPIs.
- Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives, including the implementation of Lean, Kaizen, productivity improvement, and operational cost-efficiency programs.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve service levels, productivity, and inventory accuracy.
- Utilize SAP S/4HANA or ERP/WMS systems for inventory management, reporting, and operational performance monitoring.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations within manufacturing, food industry, F&B, or FMCG environments, including experience as a Supervisor or in a team leadership role.
- Experience in PPIC (Production Planning & Inventory Control) and inventory control, with a strong understanding of production planning, raw material management, inventory accuracy, and inventory optimization.
- Experience in planning and controlling food raw material requirements, such as marinated chicken, flour, sambal, cooking oil, and other ingredients, based on operational and distribution requirements.
- Ability to calculate raw material requirements and coordinate material transfers from external warehouses and suppliers.
- Strong understanding of food inventory management, including cold storage and dry storage, warehouse processes, handling of perishable materials, and raw material fulfillment.
- Proficient in or experienced with SAP S/4HANA, ERP, WMS, or other inventory management systems.
- Experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Good understanding of EHS/OHS, sanitation, and food safety standards in food warehouse operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Willing to work overtime when required.
