Quantity Surveyor

Job Descriptions: • Prepare quantity measurement, costing and estimation for both pre and post contract administration. • Prepare evaluation and certification of sub-contractors’ progress payments. • Prepare and follow up on monthly progress claims. • Prepare costing and submit quotations to clients for Variation Orders (VO) items. • Liaise with main contractor on payments and VO confirmations. • Prepare Final Account for completed projects and obtain management’s approval. • Follow up with clients on final payments and release of retentions • Prepare monthly report of payment collection forecast and estimation of payments to sub-contractors. • Work with Project Managers on project administration matters, contractual obligation and cost impact for project, etc.

• Any other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 year of Singapore related working experience is compulsory
• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Building Services / M&E Engineering
• With relevant local working experience would be preferred
• Good oral & written communication skills with a positive work attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work independently under minimum supervision
