DATA ANALYST

Your tasks

Business Intelligence& Data Analytics Specialist responsible for developing reporting solutions, analysing complex datasets, and delivering actionable insights to support business decision-making. The role focuses on SQL, Python, data visualisation, business intelligence reporting, and AI-enabled process optimisation.

• Develop and maintain SQL queries, views, and business intelligence reports to support operational and management decision-making.
• Analyse structured and unstructured datasets using SQL, Python, and data analytics techniques.

• Develop dashboards and data visualisations using Tableau, SSRS, or equivalent reporting tools.
• Apply Python, natural language processing (NLP), and text analytics to extract meaningful insights from data.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, resolve reporting issues, and improve business processes.
• Monitor data quality, reporting accuracy, and analytical outputs to support reliable decision-making.

• Support reporting modernisation, data mart initiatives, and adoption of modern analytics platforms.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and AI-enabled analytical solutions.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Business Analysis, or related fields.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.

• Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis, processing, or automation.
• Experience with Tableau, SSRS, or equivalent business intelligence and data visualisation tools.

• Knowledge of data mining, data interpretation, and natural language processing (NLP).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
