Service Technician / Mechatronics Engineer (m/f/d) (Mechatronics Engineer)

Your Responsibilities

• Maintenance and repair of test systems at our customers' sites
• Supporting our users with troubleshooting via telephone, email, or remote access
• Documentation of service assignments as well as remote diagnostics
• Creating offers for service assignments and spare parts
• Supporting production
• Close coordination and cooperation with other disciplines

Your Profile

• Completed training as an electronics technician, mechatronics engineer, or a comparable qualification, ideally with IT knowledge
• Career beginners are welcome
• Independent and systematic way of working
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Experience with Abas ERP is desirable, but not a must
• Experience in control cabinet construction is an advantage
• Knowledge of common Microsoft Office programs
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Driver's license required
