Job Description Product & Roadmap Define and execute the card product roadmap across consumer and business segments Own the end-to-end setup, compliance, and lifecycle management of card products Drive product innovation including stablecoin-linked and digital asset card use cases Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Compliance to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant card products Strategy & Market Development Develop and execute the card business strategy aligned with dtcpay's commercial objectives Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and card use cases across APAC and global markets Monitor competitor offerings, scheme developments, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge Partnerships & Commercial Build and manage relationships with card schemes, issuing banks, processors, and programme managers Lead commercial negotiations and structure partnership arrangements that drive adoption and growth Drive scheme and partner engagement to increase card issuance, spend volume, and integration depth P&L Ownership Own the card business P&L including revenue, margin, cost, and profitability Define pricing, fee structures, interchange strategy, and issuer/network economics Track and report key metrics — active cards, spend volume, revenue, and unit economics — to senior leadership Lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting Leadership & Governance Build and lead a high-performing card team across product, operations, and commercial functions Ensure full compliance with MAS regulations, card scheme rules, PCI DSS, and applicable market requirements Partner with Risk and Compliance to manage fraud, chargeback, and operational risk What We Are Looking For 15+ years of experience in card issuing, payments, or fintech, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role Proven track record of launching and scaling card products from concept to commercial success Deep understanding of card scheme rules, issuing economics, interchange, and network structures Strong P&L ownership experience with a commercial and data-driven mindset Experience managing external partnerships and commercial negotiations with schemes and processors Familiarity with MAS regulations and PCI DSS compliance requirements Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capability Bonus Points Experience with stablecoin, digital assets, or Web3 payment products Regional exposure across APAC and/or Europe Proficiency in English and Mandarin Comfort operating in a fast-moving, multi-market fintech environment with evolving regulatory requirements
