Recruiter

We are a large IT holding company that develops and supports various IT projects, including websites, portals, and platforms.

We’re expanding the project and looking for a Recruiter to join our team.

We would be happy to welcome a specialist to our team who will be responsible for:

Posting job vacancies;

Using various platforms and tools to source candidates;

Searching for and attracting candidates for open positions;

Conducting preliminary candidate screening and selection;

Conducting in-person and online interviews;

Maintaining and updating the electronic candidate database.

What we’re looking for:

At least 6 months of experience in a similar role;

English proficiency at C1 level or higher, knowledge of Russian will be a strong advantage;

Knowing an additional foreign language would be a big plus;

Strong skills in reviewing resumes and conducting screening interviews;

Experience with assessment tools;

Flexibility, reliability, and strong organizational skills.

Fluent English is especially important to us, as you’ll be working with native English speakers.
