Then we should get to know each other. We are looking for a Production Manager at Digital Elektronik. If you want to optimize manufacturing processes in a targeted manner and take on operational responsibility for your team, you have come to the right place.

Your tasks:

• Efficient planning and control of production (assembly, electronics manufacturing) with regard to quantity and quality, including personnel deployment
• Leading, motivating, and developing the employees at the location
• Optimization of all internal process flows and continuous improvement using the "Lean Production" approach
• Site development in production and technology, as well as planning and successful implementation of projects in coordination with the management
• Ensuring compliance with all official notices and requirements, as well as ongoing monitoring of compliance with legal and safety-relevant regulations
• Regular reporting to the management as well as coordination with internal specialist departments (logistics, customer service, purchasing, ...)

Requirements

• Completed technical training with several years of professional and leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing company
• A high degree of leadership charisma, entrepreneurial spirit, sense of responsibility, and assertiveness
• Ideally experience in the field of "Lean Production"
• High degree of commitment, independence, teamwork skills, as well as solution- and customer-oriented thinking and acting
• Sound English and MS-Office skills
