Mid-Level Infrastructure Analyst

We are looking for a Mid-Level Analyst to strengthen our Corporate Infrastructure team. Your main challenge will be to ensure the maintenance and evolution of the corporate environment, acting in a robust ecosystem composed of Azure Cloud, physical and virtual servers, Microsoft services, and Microsoft 365. You will also have a strategic role alongside partners, providers, and manufacturers, contributing to the preparation of RFPs, technical definitions, and the execution of projects that drive the company's digital transformation. Responsibilities and duties

• Direct contact with areas to discuss technical definitions of projects, landing zone, topology, and technologies to conduct implementations, test plans, updates, and necessary adjustments in services, servers, platforms, and/or involved systems;
• Ensure the SLA and uptime of all services, applications, servers, and Corporate Infrastructure systems in production on Azure and On Premise through proactive monitoring;
• Identify and follow market demands regarding systems and applications, aiming to keep the company updated relative to the market through participation in training and workshops;
• Ensure that Azure Cloud best practices are being implemented, following what the manufacturer prescribes as best practices through studies and active relationship with suppliers and partners;
• Planning and adequacy of Azure resources aiming at cost reduction;
• Administration and management of Infrastructure assets and the Microsoft 365 environment;
• Responsible for the preparation and administration of technical documentation for the entire On Premise and Azure server environment;
• Management of On Premise Data Center and related services;
• Service administration and troubleshooting in: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Printing, File Server, WSUS, Azure Backup, Azure Update Manager, Windows Autopatch, Azure Networking services, Entra ID, Conditional Access, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, etc.;
• Advanced knowledge in Active Directory for performing troubleshooting and knowledge transfer;
• Administration of Azure environment and its workloads;
• Development of scripts in PowerShell;
• Desirable, knowledge in Zabbix;
• Opening tickets with Microsoft for incidents and/or complex problems;
• Creation of RFPs and evaluation of suppliers.

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed Higher Education in Computer Science, Analysis and Systems Development, Computer Networks, or related areas;
• Communicative, proactive, organized, resilient, protagonist profile with a sense of ownership;
• Proven experience as a Sysadmin acting in On Premise Infrastructure, Azure, and Microsoft 365;
• Experience with Azure implementation projects;
• Experience working with Agile & Waterfall methodologies;
• Microsoft Certifications;
• Technical English, intermediate.
