Human Resources Officer
Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Selection
•Prepare and post job advertisements through various channels •Maintain employee records, attendance tracking, leave records, and personnel file documentation. •Screen applications, schedule interviews, and coordinate with management •Conduct background checks and propose qualified candidates for hiring
- Employment Administration
•Prepare employment documents such as contracts and payslips •Handle employee ID cards and social security registrations/terminations •Manage contract renewals, promotions, and resignations
- Compensation & Benefits
•Calculate payroll, overtime, bonuses, and tax deductions; manage attendance data •Prepare and submit social security documents and oversee employee welfare programs (e.g., group insurance)
- Employee Relations
•Ensure compliance with company rules and discipline •Promote a positive work environment and serve as a liaison between employees and management
- Performance Management
•Coordinate with supervisors for periodic performance evaluations •Analyze results and propose development plans •Design KPI
- Labor Law & Compliance
•Ensure company practices comply with labor laws and regulations •Coordinate with government agencies such as the Department of Labor and Social Security Office
Qualifications: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience Good command of English (Preferred) Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related fields Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in document management and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Good understanding of labor law, social security, withholding tax, and employee benefits Good physical health and high endurance
