Requirements for governance, risk management, and compliance are increasing, and many businesses need help translating requirements into practical measures that work in everyday life. Now, we are building further on the security area and are seeking an experienced advisor to help shape it.
About the role As a senior security consultant at Digiflow, you will play a central role in helping our customers with security, risk management, and compliance. You will have an independent expert role with customers of various sizes, sectors, and security maturity levels. You will combine advisory and operational security work to establish structure, reduce risk, and make security work understandable and manageable. The role involves close contact with our customers, and you must be able to adapt both solutions and communication to different needs. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the security work internally within Digiflow and the development of our professional field.
What we want you to do with us You will work holistically with the customers' security work, from assessing the security level and identifying risk to prioritizing and implementing the right measures. The assignments will vary according to the customers' needs and maturity. Sometimes it is about establishing structure and governance, other times about handling concrete requirements, preparing for an audit, or helping the customer prioritize what should actually be done first.
You will, among other things: map the customer's security status, identify risk, and prioritize measures
assist with management systems, risk analyses, and audit support
provide ongoing GRC advisory, including related to NIS2, DORA, and GDPR
drive consulting assignments independently and support customers through audits
help customers translate regulations and frameworks into practical solutions that work in everyday life
develop and manage Digiflow's security services
contribute to internal projects and audits, share expertise, and strengthen the security profession internally at Digiflow

We envision that you have:
several years of experience within digital security, GRC, risk management, or compliance
experience with security advisory, customer dialogue, and independent responsibility for assignments
a good understanding of management systems, risk analyses, and compliance
the ability to explain risk and security requirements to both security specialists and people without a security background
good communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and oral
It is an advantage if you have experience with one or more of these areas:
NIS2, DORA, GDPR, or similar regulations
relevant frameworks within information security
development or management of security services
consulting business
relevant certifications within information security, risk, or compliance
Are familiar with and have an understanding of the M365 ecosystem
