We are the Ostrava-based company Digiday Group s.r.o. We primarily employ persons with disabilities (PWD) - we offer employment in a stable Czech company that is innovative and constantly growing. We are currently expanding our team in Ostrava for the position of Purchasing Assistant.

What you will be doing with us:

  • assisting with the purchasing officer's administration
  • communicating with suppliers in English on a daily basis
  • working with artificial intelligence (AI)
  • working with internal systems
  • requesting price lists
  • handling complaints
  • issuing and sending orders and monitoring their status
  • communicating with other team members (sales, warehouse, logistics)

What knowledge and skills you should have:

  • excellent knowledge of the English language (both spoken and written) - min. B2,
  • experience with PC work (Microsoft Office, internal systems),
  • experience with telephone communication - it is important not to be afraid to call,
  • independence and reliability,
  • multitasking - being able to handle situations where several tasks arrive at once,
  • ability to prioritize,
  • great communication - both towards suppliers and towards team members,
  • meticulousness,
  • team spirit
  • orientation in electronics - an advantage, not a requirement.

What we offer:

  • part-time work for 4 hours a day (Mon-Fri),
  • a salary of 14,000 Kč per month during the probationary period, 15,000 Kč per month after the probationary period,
