As part of a long-term project in an international corporate environment, you will support the further development of information security and compliance with regulatory requirements.

You can expect a responsible position with a focus on governance, compliance, risk management, and the continuous improvement of information security management.

What awaits you with us

• Advising management on all matters of information security
• Supporting the operation and further development of the Information Security Management System (ISMS)
• Conducting maturity and effectiveness assessments of existing security measures
• Monitoring and assessing information security risks as well as tracking improvement measures
• Supporting compliance assessments as well as internal and external audits
• Analyzing and assessing regulatory requirements in the field of information security and cybersecurity
• Accompanying security incidents as well as supporting reporting processes and the assessment of corrective measures
• Conducting independent reviews of policies, processes, standards, SOPs, risk analyses, and audit reports
• Assessing the practical suitability, completeness, and effectiveness of existing security measures
• Supporting communication with auditors, certification bodies, and authorities
• Quality assurance of compliance evidence and documentation
• Advising on risk decisions as well as assessing residual risks
• Collaborating with internal departments and external partners for the continuous improvement of information security

What you bring to the role

• must-have: Business fluent Italian skills (C2 or native speaker level)
• Several years of professional experience in the field of information security, cybersecurity, or IT compliance
• Sound knowledge of information security management according to ISO/IEC 27001
• Experience in risk management, incident management, and business continuity management
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the field of information security and compliance
• Experience in preparing and accompanying audits as well as compliance checks
• Experience in international corporate structures is an advantage
• Very good analytical skills as well as a structured and independent way of working
• High communication and consulting competence
• Very good written and spoken English skills
