My tasks:

Contact person for all ERP-related matters at home and abroad Administration and support of the ERP module used Participation in the introduction, training, and optimization of new ERP modules Analysis and rectification of malfunctions Creation of concepts for new or changed processes Participation in the conception, programming, testing phase, introduction, and support of adaptations and interfaces Installation and testing of error fixes by the ERP provider Development of data queries (SQL) and statistical evaluations Maintenance of master data Planning, coordination, and implementation of the ERP system migration Liaison between ERP users and employees of the ERP provider (First Level Support)

My profile:

Successfully completed training or studies in the field of IT, Wirtschaftsinformatik, or related disciplines Practical experience with ERP systems Knowledge of databases, especially Oracle (SQL and PL/SQL) Basic understanding of business processes in medium-sized companies Relevant professional experience is an advantage Good written and spoken English skills Independent, reliable, structured, and responsible way of working Strong service orientation Teamwork skills, strong communication, commitment, and solution-oriented mindset
