My Tasks:

Creation and triggering of production orders in SAP Coordination of production orders Monitoring and control of production orders Creation of work plans including material lists Maintenance of work plans and material lists production scheduling Analyzing essential bottlenecks Technical support for production Participation after findings – evaluation, assessment, etc. Support in creating damage reports Participation in technological support Development of new technologies with the aim of cost reduction Creation of work and inspection instructions Layout and workstation planning in compliance with generally applicable regulations Support in creating work plans and bills of materials during initial runs Technical support during first article inspections Instruction of employees in the specialist field Support in the creation of training documents Support in the creation of calculations Checking and applying the necessary standards and regulations

My Profile:

Completed qualification as Meister, state-certified Techniker or an equivalent/higher qualification Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel as well as advanced SAP/GSI knowledge Basic knowledge of English Technical understanding of production processes Strong communication, team- and customer-oriented personality with a high cost awareness Strong analytical and conceptual skills
