For our site Diehl Metering GmbH in Nuremberg we are looking for a:

UX Researcher (m/f/d) temporary for 21 months

These are your tasks:

Own UX research within a cross-functional team developing data analytics solutions, from planning studies to delivering insights.

Plan and conduct user research with our German-speaking customers, including in-depth interviews, usability tests, and other qualitative and quantitative methods.

Analyze and synthesize research findings into clear, actionable insights for product and design decisions, and identify new opportunities based on user needs and pain points.

Present research results to stakeholders and work closely with product managers to translate insights into product priorities.

Promote user centricity across the company, help stakeholders incorporate user needs into everyday decisions, and drive the growth and continuous improvement of our customer discovery program.

Who we are looking for:

Degree in UX research, Human-Computer Interaction, psychology, social sciences, or a comparable field with several years of hands-on experience in UX research

Solid knowledge of a broad range of UX research methods – from interviews and usability testing to analysis, synthesis, and stakeholder presentations

Proficiency in German for conducting customer interviews, as well as strong English communication skills to support effective collaboration in a global team environment

Experience in partnering with product managers and translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders across various levels

Strong communication skills and an independent, goal-oriented way of working
