Head of Operative Quality Ansbach (m/f/d) (Quality Engineer)

These are your tasks:

• You are responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of the Operative Quality team in Ansbach as well as for the development of your team to achieve strategic quality goals, which you also assist in defining.
• You initiate and moderate continuous improvement processes and support the structured processing of customer and supplier complaints, particularly within the framework of 8D processes.
• You perform root cause analyses for quality deviations and, together with production, development, and other specialist departments, coordinate sustainable corrective actions.
• You analyze quality KPIs, prepare meaningful reports, and, together with the relevant specialist departments, derive suitable improvement measures.
• You plan and coordinate process, product, and supplier audits, partially perform them yourself, and monitor the implementation of the resulting measures.

This is what you bring:

• You have leadership experience, possess professional experience in the field of quality, and have good knowledge of quality methods.
• Ideally, you have successfully completed your studies in the field of Elektrotechnik or Maschinenbau or a comparable course of study.
• You possess high methodological competence for problem-solving, decision-making, as well as in moderation.
• Additional training as a VDA-Auditor and ISO 9001, as well as knowledge in the Automotive environment, are an advantage.
• Very good English skills, high communication skills, and a willingness to travel abroad complete your profile.
