Customer Quality Manager (m/f/d) - in part-time (Electromechanical Technician)

These are your tasks:

• You coordinate and process customer complaints and request the necessary internal as well as external analyses.
• You organize and manage complaint processing in interdisciplinary teams.
• You initiate measures for error rectification as well as for the reduction of complaint lead times.
• You are responsible for the organization and implementation of internal and external customer meetings as well as for the improvement of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

This is what you bring with you:

• You have successfully completed training in a mechanical engineering or electrotechnical profession. Ideally, you have completed further training as a Techniker.
• You already bring initial professional experience in quality management.
• You possess a high level of technical understanding as well as good MS-Office skills.
• Ideally, you already have knowledge in SAP and quality tools such as 8D.
• Very good English skills round off your profile.
