Plant Security Officer (m/f/d) in early and late shifts

These are your tasks:

• In this position, you are responsible for visitor management, reception services, as well as the entry and exit control of persons, vehicles, and suppliers at our three production sites.
• Supporting security-relevant incidents, professional hazard prevention, and the coordination of immediate measures including documentation, also in cooperation with external security authorities, are also part of your tasks.
• Additionally, you will support our plant fire brigade in preventive and reactive fire protection, during evacuation measures, and initiate first aid measures in medical emergencies.
• The position is remunerated according to the IG Metall collective agreement (30 days of vacation entitlement, shift bonuses, etc.).

What you bring to the role:

• For this position, your training as a specialist for protection and security, as a Geprüfte Schutz- und Sicherheitskraft (GSSK), or comparable is the ideal prerequisite. Alternatively, you possess the Sachkundeprüfung according to §34a and are willing to further qualify as a GSSK.
• Additionally, ideally, you can convince us with several years of professional experience in industrial plant security or in a security company and hold a Class B driver's license.
• Preferably, you bring a successfully completed examination for Waffensachkunde, first aider or company paramedic training, and firefighting training at least Truppmann.
• You have basic knowledge of English and IT skills (MS-Office).
• Teamwork skills as well as physical and personal suitability are required.
