Training Manager / Trainer (m/f/d) Operations Luftverteidigungssysteme (Mechatroniker/in)

These are your tasks:

• You will determine the training needs for military customers with a focus on modern Luftverteidigungssysteme and create training concepts tailored to the requirements and capabilities of the customer. You will also conduct technical-operational training at the customer's site and ensure learning success.
• Furthermore, you are responsible for creating offers for the "training" portion, conducting the corresponding negotiations, and taking care of the conclusion and processing of the relevant contracts.
• The responsibility for the further development of modern training concepts is as much part of your area of responsibility as the design of teaching units and the creation of training materials.
• In addition, you will coordinate and control our subcontractors and integrate their training components into the overall concept.
• The conceptual support of the development of Luftverteidigungssysteme with a focus on training rounds off your spectrum of tasks.

This is what you bring:

• A completed technical degree, a pedagogical degree with a focus on adult education, or a degree in a technical vocational profession with relevant professional experience in the field of teaching is the ideal prerequisite for this position.
• You bring military experience as an operator in ground-based Luftverteidigungssysteme.
• Furthermore, you possess didactic skills and are open to the application and development of modern training methods such as Blended Learning.
• In addition to your willingness to travel and your knowledge in the field of didactics and pedagogy, you will convince us with your highly developed intercultural competence.
• Very good English skills in spoken and written form round off your profile.
