For our location Diehl Defence GmbH & Co. KG in Nonnweiler, we are looking for a:

Team Leader (m/f/d) Plant Security These are your tasks:

• As Team Leader (m/f/d), you are responsible for a shift group at our location near Tholey and lead your team in daily deployment and patrol service.
• You independently coordinate the deployment planning within your shift, organize shift adjustments, and ensure a smooth handover to the following shift.
• You provide technical instructions to your team members and serve as the first point of contact for all security-relevant questions within your shift.
• In the event of special occurrences, you initiate the necessary measures and work closely with the relevant internal interfaces.

What you bring with you:

• Completed training in the field of protection and security or a comparable qualification forms the basis of your profile.
• Several years of professional experience in plant security, as well as ideally initial experience in the technical leadership of a team, distinguish you.
• Even in challenging situations, you make well-founded decisions and act responsibly.
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a confident appearance enable you to work cooperatively with employees and internal interfaces.
• Proficient use of MS Office as well as basic English skills round off your profile.
