Team Leader (m/f/d) Goods Receipt (Logistics Master)

These are your tasks:

• Within the scope of your function, you will assume technical and disciplinary leadership of goods receipt, including the provision of goods and mail on our premises, and support your team through active participation in daily operational business.
• You are responsible for coordinating goods receipt and goods provision at our locations in Überlingen, work closely with specialist departments, and participate in continuous process optimization.
• You are responsible for the proper compliance with processes and deadlines, as well as all legal and operational requirements within your team.
• Additionally, you optimize workflows and create or update work instructions.
• You undertake the further development of your employees (m/f/d) through the planning of targeted training measures and, furthermore, ensure daily deployment and personnel planning.

This is what you bring with you:

• Your successfully completed training as a Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik (m/f/d), Industriekaufmann (m/f/d) or a comparable training, as well as your further training as a Logistikmeister (m/f/d) or Fachwirt, form the ideal prerequisite for this position.
• You have several years of professional experience in the field of logistics, have ideally already gained initial leadership experience, and ideally possess a forklift and passenger car driver's license.
• You distinguish yourself both as a team player and through your communication and assertiveness skills.
• Proficient handling of MS Office, SAP R3+ and EWM is as natural to you as good written and spoken English skills.
