Supplier Quality Manager (m/f/d) for wire harness assemblies and components (Engineer - Electrical Engineering)

These are your tasks:

• In the role of Supplier Quality Manager, you are responsible for the product quality of the assigned purchased parts. You take all necessary measures to ensure product and process quality as well as the timely availability of deliveries throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• You sustainably eliminate recurring errors through your systematic and analytical approach, thereby making a significant contribution to achieving our quality KPIs.
• You plan the initial sampling according to EN9102 with suppliers and evaluate the documentation of series capability.
• Your tasks also include the planning, implementation, and documentation of process audits, supplier development projects, as well as inspections of purchased parts and complex system scopes.
• You represent the quality perspective within the framework of technical reviews during the product development phase.

What you bring to the role:

• You have successfully completed your technical studies, e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar, or possess a comparable qualification (Technician/Master Craftsman) with several years of specialist professional experience.
• Ideally, you already have experience in quality management and are proficient in essential quality methods, such as 8D process, 5-Why, Ishikawa, etc.
• You are familiar with collaborating with colleagues in cross-functional teams and dealing with suppliers.
• You use your business fluent English skills skillfully. In addition, you are willing to undertake regular national and international business trips (travel rate approx. 30-50%).
