Project Manager (m/f/d) in Claim Management These are your tasks:

• In this position, you will work with various project teams to develop strategic approaches for defending and enforcing commercial and technical claims and will conduct negotiations with both contractors and customers for this purpose.
• You will identify and assess potential claim risks in project business, analyze contracts as well as specifications and requirements documents, develop potential solutions and preventive claim strategies, and implement them in cooperation with the purchasing department, project management, and other business areas.
• You will provide support within the framework of the procurement and bidding processes and actively participate in shaping supply contracts as well as specifications and requirements documents.
• Furthermore, you will actively work on expanding the group-wide claim management and, if necessary, organize cross-departmental workshops.

: What you bring to the role: :

• Your completed studies in the field of Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification with industry-side professional experience in plant and machinery procurement, technical purchasing, claim management, or project management, forms the ideal prerequisite for this position.
• You have experience in project management, are well-versed in contract terms, specifications, and requirements documents, are confident in handling commercial key figures, and possess commercial legal knowledge in addition to business-fluent English skills in speaking and writing.
• Furthermore, you are characterized by a quick grasp of complex issues and are able to link commercial, technical, and legal aspects together.
• A reliable way of working with assertiveness and a high degree of communication skills, negotiation skills, and teamwork, as well as enjoyment of technical projects and occasional business trips, round off your profile.
