Project Manager (m/f/d) Training Systems for Ground-Based Air Defense (Project Manager)

These are your tasks:

• You are responsible for, initialize, and lead projects for the realization of components and products within our Ground-Based Air Defense (GBAD) systems. This can include proprietary products and developments, external contract developments, or the procurement and integration of market-available components. Depending on the system component involved, the projects also include the associated hardware portions. The focus is on the training portfolio for our products.
• You also support the product division's sales team in answering customer inquiries and proposals with regard to the command system components relevant for training as well as the dedicated training elements.
• Travel activities to the relevant procurement agencies, users, and partner companies are also part of your field of activity.
• The preparation of presentations and the development of customer-specific solutions round off this demanding area of responsibility.

What you bring to the role:

• You have successfully completed your engineering or business administration studies and ideally have several years of professional experience in the management of (software) projects.
• Ideally, you have already gained experience with projects and systems in a military context, especially in the area of training soldiers (or comparable: police, emergency services, authorities, or authority-like organizations) and the execution of training programs.
• You are familiar with collaborating with subcontractors and cooperation partners in complex projects, working groups, and joint ventures.
• You can score points with your communicative nature as well as your result-oriented and assertive personality.
• Willingness to travel and your business-fluent English skills in speaking and writing round off your profile.
