Project Manager Inhouse Consulting (m/f/d) Operations Roadmap (Industrial Engineer)

These are your tasks:

• In your role as Project Manager (m/f/d) Operations Roadmap, you are responsible for the optimization and digitalization of order planning and processing, thereby contributing to efficient and transparent control along the entire end-to-end process.
• Additionally, you will take over the coordination and management of digitalization initiatives for order planning/processing as well as the optimal integration of modern software tools such as SAP, EWM, and fine scheduling tools.
• The management and leadership of a large number of operational sub-projects is as much a part of your tasks as clear communication and the effective coordination of all stakeholders.
• You also bear responsibility for monitoring and reporting within a multi-project management environment, ensuring the establishment and compliance of suitable governance for goal-oriented implementation.
• The integration and management of internal/external service providers as well as stakeholders forms another central component of your area of responsibility.

This is what you bring to the table:

• You have successfully completed your business administration or technical studies, e.g., Industrial Engineering, and ideally have several years of professional experience in the field of project management.
• You possess high project management competencies (IPMA Level D or higher), experience in order planning/processing, as well as sound SAP knowledge.
• Your strengths include strong communication skills as well as high assertiveness and persuasiveness, as well as an affinity for change processes.
• You have a great willingness for responsible tasks and are characterized by an independent and innovative way of working.
• Cross-location willingness to travel and your business fluent English skills in speaking and writing round off your profile.
